The Bluebonnet classroom nurtures growth and development by fostering loving connections between child and teacher. We work on developing large and fine motor skills through various movement activities, tummy time, and pinching and grasping activities. We also begin laying the foundation for language and social/emotional development with songs, storytelling, and play.

Tiny Tulips is a place of self discovery and exploration. In this classroom we continue working on large and fine motor skills with more advanced activities that encourage critical thinking. Letters, numbers, shapes, and colors are introduced into the curriculum as we begin learning to communicate verbally.

In Busy Bees we begin to explore relationships with others and practicing empathy. We use our newfound language skills to begin communicating our needs and wants with our friends and teachers. We also begin introducing language development, basic math skills, and potty training.

In the Cactus Cuties classroom we begin introducing more complex math and language curriculum as we continue developing our skills. We also focus on cooperative play and learning tools for independent conflict resolution. In this classroom we also solidify our potty training and begin preparing to become more self sufficient.

In the Sunshine Scholars we focus on social and emotional development and self sufficiency to help create a smooth transition from Pre-K to Kindergarten. Every day there are opportunities to practice empathy, communicating emotions, and learning how to deal with big feelings. We also begin a more in depth academic curriculum that explores the world around us, reading and writing, and math concepts like addition and subtraction, patterns, and fractions.
